As a graduate, you will gain direct exposure to Glencore’s commercial operations while supporting key business functions. You’ll have the opportunity to build practical skills across areas such as Logistics, Traffic, Risk Management, Middle Office, LME Desk Support, and Business Development, with opportunities to rotate across different teams throughout the programme.
This programme is designed to develop your commercial acumen, analytical thinking, resilience, and problem-solving abilities while preparing you for a successful long-term career within one of the world’s leading commodity trading organisations.
Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for motivated graduates who are eager to learn, thrive in a collaborative environment, and enjoy solving complex business challenges.
To be considered, you should:
- Be currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Be available to commence the programme during 2027, with flexible start dates available between January and December.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Be adaptable and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities.
- Have strong organisational and time management skills.
- Display a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be committed to improving processes and driving operational efficiency.
- Be comfortable working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power BI, Python, or other data analysis tools will be advantageous.
