You’ll have the opportunity to build practical skills across areas such as Logistics, Traffic, Risk Management, Middle Office, LME Desk Support, and Business Development, with opportunities to rotate across different teams throughout the programme.

To be considered, you should:

• Be currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Be available to commence the programme during 2027, with flexible start dates available between January and December.

• Be self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be adaptable and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities.
• Have strong organisational and time management skills.

• Be comfortable working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
