This tender will be evaluated in terms of the General Conditions of Contract, Supply Chain Management Policy and relevant specification as depicted in the document and also the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework effective from 02 May 2023 in accordance with the Preferential Procurement Regulations that was promulgated by the Minister of Finance on 04 November 2022 in Government Gazette No 47452.
