Food Service Assistant – Fedics (Tsebo Solutions Group)

Fedics is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Service Assistant to support the preparation and serving of meals and beverages. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across kitchen and service areas.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals, fast foods, and sandwiches for branded outlets
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in kitchen and service areas
• Assist with stock-taking and inventory control
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure warm, friendly, and professional interaction with customers at all times
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service in line with company standards
• Prepare food efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
• Follow loss prevention procedures and assist with stock management
• Uphold professional workplace behaviour and standards
• Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the role

• Previous experience as a Food Service Assistant

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
