Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Â
- To provide efficient first-time service completion of administration delivery while providing an all-round superior service delivery experience, and adhering to SLA’s and quality standardsÂ
- Process all relevant administration across HR functions including requirements like:Â
- Employee Relations administrative supportÂ
- Talent Acquisition, Capability, Development Leadership, Performance and Transformation administrative support.Â
- General admin support across HR functions e.g. OD, Employee Engagement, Well-being, Reward and Benefits.Â
- Validation and compliance checks of HR Connect WorkflowsÂ
Qualifications and Experience:Â
- Have a relevant HR qualification – Degree or National DiplomaÂ
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in HR Â
Skills: Â
- Have excellent administration skills in dealing with volumes of data in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Have strong Microsoft Office skills including proficiency on ExcelÂ
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-taskÂ
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsÂ
- Enjoy dealing with people and have a strong customer service orientationÂ
- Be a committed team playerÂ
