We are a Midrand-based property company operating across residential and commercial development, buy-to-let investments, and rental portfolio management. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to enhance our financial decision-making and strengthen our modelling capabilities.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (preference for graduates from UCT, Wits, or Stellenbosch)
  • Professional qualification such as CA(SA), CIMA, or CFA will be advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial modelling, property finance, or investment analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build financial models from the ground up
  • Experience in property development, real estate investment, or asset management is preferred
  • Strong understanding of DCF modelling, free cash flow analysis, and property valuation methodologies
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work independently

Pay: R45 000,00 – R50 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
