We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Remote Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years’ experience within an employment agency, along with a proven track record of successful placements and consistent commission performance.

In this role, you will recruit across multiple industries and employment types, including permanent, contract, and graduate programmes, while building and managing relationships with senior-level clients. You will be supported by a dedicated administration and marketing team, as well as modern recruitment technology designed to enable high performance. This is a full-time, permanent, remote position suited to a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Requirements

Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience as a 360° Recruitment Consultant within an employment agency

• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and long-term relationship management

• Consistent record of placements and commission achievement

• Experience managing a high-volume, diverse recruitment desk

• Proven ability to place junior to mid-level professionals and graduates

• Experience working with both SME and corporate clients

• Strong technical ability, including confidence in using ATS and CRM systems
