Le Cubs is Publicis Groupe Africa’s flagship internship programme, launched in 2021 to open doors for young South Africans passionate about advertising, creativity, data, and technology.

The 2026 programme offers graduates and final-year students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a truly integrated, connected, and creatively-led environment. Interns will collaborate with industry leaders, work on real client projects, and build skills that shape the future of marketing and communication.

As a Le Cubs intern, you will contribute to meaningful work, develop both technical and creative capabilities, and join a global network driving transformation across the marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on real client projects across creative, data, and technology disciplines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within Publicis Groupe Africa.

• Support the development of innovative marketing, communication, and digital transformation solutions.

• Participate in structured learning, mentorship, and professional development workshops.

• Gain hands-on exposure to creative tools, data platforms, and technical systems used across the Groupe.

• Apply academic learning to real business challenges.

• Assist with research, data collection, and analysis.

• Support project coordination, presentations, and campaign execution.

• Work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and contribute positively in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• South African citizen

• Graduate or final-year student completing studies in 2025

• Possessing or completing a Diploma, Degree, or Higher Qualification
