What you’ll own

  • Own the pipeline contribution from marketing, working closely with sales to ensure campaigns convert to real commercial outcomes
  • Design and deliver omnichannel campaigns across LinkedIn and other digital channels, with full accountability from brief to results
  • Own the quarterly planning process, defining tactics, setting priorities and bringing fresh thinking to execution
  • Execute targeted ABM campaigns across both digital and physical channels, from LinkedIn and display to personalised desk drops and direct outreach sequences
  • Lead the company’s events programme, supported by a Marketing Specialist who will run digital and in-person event execution
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks, track campaign effectiveness and present performance to leadership
  • Manage a Marketing Specialist and sit on the MANCO, reporting into senior leadership
  • Shape future hiring as the team grows

What we’re looking for

  • Strong B2B background, non-negotiable. Fintech, SaaS or financial services experience is a significant advantage
  • Has personally conceived, built and delivered multiple omnichannel campaigns end to end, not as a contributor but as the accountable owner
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn as a primary demand gen channel, digital and physical ABM, and lead nurture programmes
  • Strong analytics and reporting capability, comfortable building frameworks, interpreting data and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable being measured on pipeline and lead quality and working in close partnership with sales
  • Brings fresh thinking and new ideas.
