You Bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or HR Development.
A bonus to have:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Learning & Development or a related field.
- Experience coordinating learning programmes, graduate programmes, or development initiatives
What You’ll Do For The Brand:
Graduate Programme Management
- Coordinate and oversee the organisation’s Graduate Programme.
- Manage the graduate lifecycle including onboarding, development planning, mentorship coordination, and programme evaluations.
- Monitor graduate progress and provide support to ensure successful development and integration into the business.
- Liaise with managers and mentors to ensure meaningful development opportunities for graduates.
Skills Development
- Support the implementation of Skills Development initiatives aligned to organisational and legislative requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external training programmes.
- Assist in maintaining accurate training records and documentation required for Skills Development reporting.
Learning Coordination
- Coordinate learning and development activities including workshops, training sessions, and development programmes.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external providers to schedule and implement learning initiatives.
- Ensure training logistics, communication, and participant coordination are managed effectively.
Personal Development Support
- Work closely with the People (HR) team to support the implementation of employee Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
- Assist managers and employees in identifying appropriate learning opportunities aligned to development goals.
- Monitor and track development initiatives to ensure progress and completion.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with the People (HR) team and departmental leaders to identify learning needs and development priorities.
- Support the implementation of organisational development initiatives that enhance employee capability and performance.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report on learning activities, participation, and development outcomes.
- Maintain learning records and assist with reporting on development initiatives and programmes.
