The Mercedes-Benz South Africa (MBSA) Bursary Programme 2026 Intake is designed to support exceptional Grade 12 learners and tertiary students by providing financial assistance and practical work experience at the company’s East London manufacturing site. The bursary covers tuition fees, accommodation, meals, stationery, and includes opportunities for vacation work. It is open to South African citizens, with preference given to applicants from the Eastern Cape.
Open to current Grade 12 learners and full-time tertiary students pursuing studies in fields such as:
- Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Mechatronic Engineering
- Computer Science / Information Technology
- Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Supply Chain and Logistics
- Human Kinetics and Ergonomics
- Analytical Chemistry or related disciplines
Requirements:
- Minimum academic average of 70% for Grade 12 learners.
- Minimum average of 65% for tertiary students.
