Job Description

The Office of the Ombud for Financial Services Providers (FAIS Ombud) was established in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 37 of 2002 (the FAIS Act). Its objective is to consider and dispose of complaints in a procedurally fair, informal, economical, and expeditious manner and by reference to what is equitable in all circumstance
Job Description

Job Requirements

Requirements:

·Diploma or Degree in Information Technology /Computer Science or equivalent qualification.

·South African citizen with a valid South African Identity document.

·Passion for public service and an interest/desire to work in the Financial Sector.

·Strong academic background and high levels of integrity.

·Must be able to work in a stressful environment, willingness to learn and work extra hours.

·Energetic, self-driven and deadline driven.

·Must be computer literate.
