This is a brilliant step-up opportunity for a Senior AE ready to move into account management proper.

What the job involves…

  • Leading day-to-day management of key client accounts
  • Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Translating client briefs into clear direction for creative, strategy and production teams
  • Overseeing project delivery, timelines and budgets
  • Ensuring all work meets a high standard and is aligned to client expectations
  • Identifying organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintaining strong operational discipline across workflows, reporting and communication
  • Supporting shoots and production processes, including sample management and asset coordination
  • Preparing contact reports, status documents and client-ready presentations
  • Being a proactive, reliable team player across all disciplines

What you need to be considered…

  • 2–4 years’ experience in client service at an advertising agency
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator — written, verbal and in client-facing situations
  • Experience across integrated campaigns (print, digital, in-store)
  • Calm under pressure with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable compiling presentations

Bonus points if you…

  • Have experience working on financial services clients (banking, insurance or similar)
  • Have worked on retail accounts or have an understanding of campaign production in a retail context
