BID SUBMISSION

FASSET will apply the two-envelope system for this procurement.

  • Envelope 1 (Technical Proposal): Contains the bidder’s functional ability, past experience, project methodology, and preferential procurement specific goals. The financial offer must not be included or hinted at in this envelope.
  • Envelope 2 (Financial Offer): Must contain the detailed pricing, cost breakdowns, and total bid amount
  • Completed tender submissions must be hand delivered and deposited into the Tender Box at the reception area of FASSET offices, located at 296 Kent Avenue, 1st Floor, Ferndale, Randburg for the attention of Supply Chain Management: Labelled TENDER NO: FAS/BM/FACILITIES/NEW OFFICE LEASE/CON3594/26
  • No submissions sent by e-mail or facsimile will be accepted, and no late submissions will be accepted. Failure to adhere to this requirement will render the bid response non-responsive and will be disqualified from evaluation.
  • Bidders are requested to submit one (1) hard copy submission marked “Functionality” and one (1) hard copy submission “Financial proposal”.
  • The Closing Date is: 22 July 2026 by no later than 11:00 am (eleven o’clock) at the aforementioned physical address. No late submissions will be accepted.
  • All SCM enquiries are to be directed to Supply Chain Management Office on Email: tenders@fasset.org.za by no later than 15 July 2026 at 11:00 am.
