Skills and Experience

Ideal Candidate

• Completed (or final year of) a degree in:
  • Actuarial Science
  • Mathematics / Statistics
  • Quantitative Risk Management
  • Data Science / Analytics
  • Engineering or similar quantitative field
• Strong academic background in numerical and analytical subjects
• Proficient in Excel (experience with Python, R, SQL or Power BI is advantageous)
• Logical thinker with strong problem-solving ability
• Good communication skills – able to explain data clearly
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Eager to learn and grow within a business environment

Key Responsibilities

• Support business decision-making through data analysis and reporting
• Assist with pricing, forecasting, and operational insights
• Build and maintain Excel models, dashboards, and reports
• Participate in projects across operations, finance, and strategy
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Provide structured support to leadership on key initiatives
• Assist with coordination of tasks and follow-ups across teams
