- Technical SEO Support:Â Implement technical recommendations in collaboration with the SEO Specialist, including managing schema, optimising site speed, and maintaining a site structure aligned with SEO best practices.
- Collaboration & Reporting:Â Provide data-driven insights on performance and collaborate closely with the Marketing and Growth teams to prioritise site enhancements and strategic digital projects.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in website development.
- Lead Generation Focus:Â A proven track record of building high-conversion landing pages.
- Technical SEO:Â Experience supporting technical SEO implementation (speed optimisation, structure, and schema).
- UX & CRO:Â Strong experience in User Experience (UX) design and performance optimisation.

- They offer bi-annual salary increases, clear growth pathways, and an environment where individuals are empowered to own their development and career progression.
- The business is expanding into the USA and UK markets, creating exciting opportunities for global exposure and professional growth.
- They are building more than roles, they are building careers within a values driven, high-performance environment.
