What the job involves..

  • Leading and executing student recruitment strategies across all recruitment cycles
  • Owning recruitment planning, delivery and optimisation end-to-end

  • Identifying and testing new lead-generation and pipeline opportunities
  • Developing recruitment systems and processes that enable scale and consistency
  • Tracking, analysing and reporting on recruitment data and pipeline health
  • Using insights and data to inform decision-making and flag risks early
  • Contributing to screening and selection discussions alongside internal stakeholders

What you need to be considered..

  • Senior-level experience in student recruitment, admissions or sales-led recruitment
  • Proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Strong background in high-volume recruitment or sales environments
  • Demonstrated ability to build recruitment strategies and execute them successfully
  • Experience developing systems, processes and performance frameworks
  • Confidence working with data to guide decisions and improve outcomes
  • Experience in education, training or skills development preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at multiple levels

Bonus points if you..

  • Are deeply passionate about education, skills development and social impact
  • Thrive in fast-moving, startup-style environments
  • Enjoy building things from the ground up and improving how teams work
  • Believe recruitment can be both people-centred and performance-driven
