Job Description
A high-growth B2B fintech SaaS company is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join a small, ambitious marketing team at an exciting moment in their scale-up journey.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, taking ownership of the company’s events programme while supporting across broader marketing activities.
A third hire is planned before year end, making this a genuine ground-floor opportunity to help build and shape a marketing function that leadership actively backs with budget, trust and real accountability.

What you’ll own
- Own the end-to-end execution of the company’s physical events programme, including quarterly boardroom sessions of around 20 clients and prospects, covering speaker coordination, invitations, attendance driving, logistics, gifting and on-the-day management
- Plan and run digital events and webinars, managing the same end-to-end process in a virtual format
- Manage all event communications through HubSpot, tracking performance and reporting on outcomes
- Support the Marketing Manager across broader marketing activities, which may include content creation, email marketing, social media, campaign support or other areas common to scaling B2B SaaS companies, based on your strengths
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activity contributes to revenue outcomes
- Own your results, track what’s working and iterate to improve
What we’re looking for
- Proven events experience, both physical and digital, with a genuine passion for running them well
- Strong B2B background, non-negotiable. Fintech, SaaS or financial services experience is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working on technical, complex products. An academic mindset and genuine appreciation for financial services will serve you well here
- Hands-on HubSpot experience or strong comfort with CRM and marketing automation tools would be a strong advantage
- Additional skills in at least one of: content creation, email marketing, social media or digital campaign support
- Comfortable being measured on outcomes and working in close partnership with sales
- A degree is required
