About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Remote HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with processes, people, and data, and who can manage confidential information with professionalism. You will support the full employee lifecycle and contribute to maintaining efficient and compliant HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases

  • Prepare and issue HR documentation such as employment contracts, letters, and confirmations

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly

  • Assist with payroll administration by providing accurate employee information

  • Respond to basic HR-related queries from employees and managers

  • Track and update HR reports, including leave, training, and compliance records

  • Ensure HR processes and documentation align with labour legislation and internal policies

  • Support general HR administrative tasks as required

Minimum Requirements

  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 3 years’ experience in an HR administration or similar role

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Experience using HR systems or HR software is advantageous
