Job Description

Applications are invited from TVET College students residing in the Kariega and Gqeberha areas to participate in the Experiential Trainee Programme within the Learning Academy – Human Resources (Kariega).

Role Overview

An Experiential Trainee is a student who undergoes structured, hands-on workplace training to gain practical experience in a relevant field. This programme enables trainees to complete the required logbook toward obtaining a National N Diploma.

Programme Details

  • Duration: 18 months

  • Start Date: 01 March 2026

  • End Date: 31 August 2027

  • The programme offers on-the-job training in a suitable area aligned with the trainee’s qualification

  • Designed to provide N6 graduates with a strong practical foundation to support their future career development

Candidate Requirements

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Have completed their N6 qualification within the past three (3) years

  • Be in possession of their N6 results

  • Still require practical workplace experience to obtain their National N Diploma

  • Have studied or be currently studying N6 in one of the following fields:

    • Business Management

    • Management Assistant

    • Financial Management

    • Human Resource Management

    • Office Management

Added Advantage

  • Valid Code 08 driver’s licence
