Job Description

Duration / Remuneration:

  • 24-month internship programme
  • Monthly stipend: R12,000
  • Contract type: Student/Graduate level

Purpose:
To provide unemployed South African graduates with practical workplace experience in line with the public-service graduate internship initiative. Through this programme, interns will apply their academic studies in a real-work environment, specifically in mobile application development within a software development context.

Eligibility:

  • South African citizen, aged 18–35
  • Completed a National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Software Development
  • Major in mobile application development (or significant module)
  • Final-year average of at least 75%
  • Unemployed, no prior internship participation, and no previous work experience in the field
  • Foreign qualifications must be evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA)

  • Upload updated CV, ID document, and relevant qualification certificate (to the correct supporting-documents section)
  • Failure to submit required documents (or uploading to incorrect sections) will result in disqualification
  • Only shortlisted candidates will receive feedback
  • Closing date: 5 November 2025
