Role Overview – Consulting & Analytics Intern
You will join the Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) team, Visa’s consulting arm of approximately 600 consultants and data scientists, supporting clients and partners across strategic, product, portfolio, risk, digital, and analytics services.
As part of your internship, you may:
- Collect required data and conduct research using internal and external datasets.
- Conduct data analysis and draw actionable insights to support recommendation development.
- Develop project deliverables such as slide decks and Excel models.
- Collaborate with team members to develop hypotheses, contribute to conclusions, and assist in client presentations.
- Support proposal development, internal white papers, or research initiatives within VCA.
- Work across various project types such as portfolio, digital, and risk, depending on business needs.
Who You Are
You should meet the following criteria:
- A student currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with an expected graduation date of December 2026.
- Available to complete a full-time internship from June 2026 to August 2026 and able to join a full-time role in January 2027.
- Studying in one of the following fields (or similar): Economics, Business, Finance, IT/MIS, or Engineering.
- Demonstrated strong academic performance.
- Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills, with the ability to construct and solve business cases.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively to stakeholders and work collaboratively in diverse teams.
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
