Job Description

Pepkor Lifestyle’s division, Connect Financial Solutions, is inviting ambitious and motivated graduates to apply for its 12-month, SETA-funded Graduate Programme based in Sandton, Gauteng. This initiative, part of one of South Africa’s leading retail and financial services groups, provides structured workplace learning, professional mentorship, and the chance to develop essential business and leadership skills.

Who They’re Looking For

  • Graduates with a BCom in Project Management, Finance (aspiring CA), or Call Centre Management, or those with an interest in customer service operations.
  • Individuals who demonstrate initiative, resilience, strong decision-making abilities, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
  • Applicants must be South African citizens under the age of 30, with a valid ID, certified academic qualifications, transcripts, and a detailed CV.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in onboarding, induction, and department rotations.
  • Conduct research, documentation, and reporting on business practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Gain hands-on exposure by visiting different store locations.
  • Deliver presentations and contribute to special projects or assignments that support business goals.
